I submitted my application on 8th on March. It has gone to Bangalore Consulate and still no reply updated.

Please suggest. How long does it take ?

It can take weeks to month or more and it depends upon your processing time from your country.Paper application always takes time and time frame changes overtime due to paper load on the embassy. You can contact them and ask,your processing status through email or call.

I was travelling for business and there was an invitation letter also from the Canadian company. I am getting anxious as no respond yet.

They will reply to you,if you have told them you are an applicant and have already applied with your file number and if you already did then,just wait for their response,there is nothing more you can do about it. It's them who are in charge now.
