Good Day,

I am a landed immigrant here in Canada. ( First year still )

I would like to travel to USA.

Am I allowed to travel to USA or do i have any such restrictions due to the fact that i am a newly landed immigrant.

Cheers!

Canada doesn't have any problems with you travelling. You just have to stay in Canada at least 730 days total in your first 5 years as a PR and any 5 year period after that.

Entering the US is another thing entirely. A PR card will not change your visa requirements to the US. If you needed a visa to go to the US before, you will still need one now.

Do i need a Visa to go to USA? Based on me having a status of Permanent Res?

My passport presently is Pakistani..

Can i enter into usa without visa? or need one?

As I said above, your PR status changes nothing in the US. If you (Pakistani) needed a visa to visit the US before you got your PR, you still need one after you got your PR.

Yes - you need a visa to enter the US.
