Hello! I am a returning student who has been studying in Canada since Fall 2016. My previous permits got expired in July 2020 and I applied for new permits in April 2020 from India. I have a questions regarding traveling to Canada in upcoming months once I get my new permits.
On IRCC website, it says that "you’re already living in Canada - If you’re already living in Canada, your return is non-discretionary." Does it mean my return would be non-discretionary too given I am a returning student? Also, I will be doing an internship (co-op) during Fall 2020 term and I am gonna have a contract which states that I must reside in Canada in order to work.
Are these points enough to travel to Canada (of course, once I get the new permits)?
