How is the IRCC contacting applicants a weird thing?

May I ask how can I contact IRCC directly if not through webform? non SDS applications are processed at offices outside Canada yes you can contact but for SDS, how come they reach out to students?
If you know how to contact them, please share with me. I am desperate waiting for the AIP/final approval.

Hope this help: I applied in China. I emailed to Canadian embassy In China for several time. Maybe you can try contact your local embassy, they have email address on their website. PS: they will only send automatic responses if your case is not urgent

I did send some emails, but they said my file is in Edmonton now and they cannot do anything about it... Thanks for sharing though
