Travel to Canada as tourist and wait for SOWP application result

Hello, we are a married couple. I'm holding a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP). My wife is currently working outside of Canada while I am working inside.
We are applying for her Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) based on my PGWP.

My wife also has a tourist visa (TRV). We plan for her to travel to Canada as a tourist and live with me for 6 months (the allowed maximum stay for tourists).

I have a few questions:

1. - Should we change her country of residence to Canada?
2. - What if we receive approval for her SOWP while she's inside Canada?
3. Should we inform IRCC that so that they will send the SOWP to our Canada address?
4. Or should she do flag pole to get it?
5. - Her visitor visa is valid until 2027. My PGWP is valid until end 2023 only, so if she gets SOWP, and IRCC will issue her another counterfoil matching my PGWP validity -> will this affect her visitor visa?
6. - Lastly, can she have her counterfoil issued inside Canada?

1.yes by submitting a webform once shes inside canada
4.she cant flagpoole instead when she comes inside canada under tourist visa at the port of entry get her open wp and bring all the necessary docs.and tell the immigration officer in the airport that you submitted online for sOwp.More likely she will get the sowp at the port of entry same as flagpooling process,please update here once she get here sowp at the airport when she comes here inside canada under tourist.

i applied for tourist visa canada 6th of december and did the biometric 11 ,2022
im still waiting for response ,the issue is that the date i mentioned in my visa request for hotel and travel ticket that has expired
could this cause me a reject of application ?
