I checked the price online. It was showing me 120 CAD per night for 2 person 1 room.

The prices online are usually the normal rooms not the quarantine rooms

Pls do check once. Perhaps I'm wrong but the prices which I checked are automatically locked for 3 nights and the links to the Inns are directly from the CIC official website. The price of 3 nights is from 350 CAD to 450 CAD for decent rooms !

Check with the hotel. Those prices (C$120/night), as @canuck78 mentioned, are for normal rooms. You need to reserve the rooms under government quarantine rules. The price will be around C$350-400 (including tax per night). Email the hotel or reach out to them via chat. They will help you with the accurate price and the procedure to book it
