Hello Seniors, Please advice. I know this point has been raised earlier but need a updated answer for 2018
I was in US from Jan 2006 till Jan 2013. During the time, I visited my home country India twice: once in 2008 and then again in 2010, both time for 2 months each. During each visit, I was paying rent in US and after coming back, I rejoined the same school.

- Firstly, do I have to mention the travels between country of residence (US) and country of origin (India)? If yes, then basically I must use the dates as stamped in my old passport, correct?
- Do I provide address for my home in India for the period I was in India? As in Jan 2006 - July 2008 US, July 2008 - Sept 2008 India, Sept 2008 till July 2010 US?
- Do I need to state vacation on a separate line in Personal History? As in Jan 2006 - July 2008 Education, July 2008 - Sept 2008 Vacation, Sept 2008 - Decem 2008 Education?
- Do I have to mention addresses from 2006? In my personal history, 2006 till 2011 is listed as education which is flowing in from Education History. Do I have to provide address history to match education history? Since 2006 is more than 10 years, I am not sure about this, but I worry of the consequence if address history does not tie with personal history. Second issue is, I am unable to recall all the details of the apartments I stayed at during 2006 till 2008.
- Will addresses from Jan 2008 till August 2018 suffice for 10 year requirement?
