Hey guys, I uploaded my photos and declared that I'm in Canada in the PR portal on Dec 21 (two weeks ago). Now do I have to stay inside Canada until I receive my PR card? Or is it fine if I travel abroad while waiting (I have a visitor visa so returning wouldn't be a problem)? Any insight would be much appreciated.

You can travel outside of Canada before you receive your PR card. You will need to have either your PR card or a valid PRTD to return via air.
Your visitor visa is canceled in the system once you become a PR and you can no longer use that to board a plane to return to Canada.
Do you know if there's any in-person process I need to go through after receiving the PR card to make it effective? I'm just thinking if it's possible to have someone mail my PR card to me if it arrives when I'm outside Canada.
No - there is no in person process. Yes - you can have someone mail the PR card outside of Canada to you.
Isnt their will be any proble if somebody maile your pr card outside from the country
