Travel - Land Travel to US while waiting Pr Card but with eCoPR

Hi All

I got P1 on Sept 20 and Portal 2 Oct 15. I have yet to receive eCOPR.

I live in Vancouver and my daughter lives in NY (dual US/UK citizen). she got engaged last week and I would love to be able to go and visit her, but I understand that due to my declarations I need to wait for eCoPR
Once I have this in hand can I travel via land borders?
I would fly to TO and drive to NY, return the same way.

I THINK this is ok but I am worried. I have a valid OWP, but understand that as soon as my eCOPR is issued both OWP and ETA are cancelled.
I have a valid ESTA.

Once you can download your eCOPR, you are good to travel via the land border.
