I have PR. and travel document and I can go to Germany without visa
My question is :
Can I then travel from Germany to other countries in Europe legally?

Hello Dima, I read in this forum that there are members who travelled with a RTD to Germany and from there they went to Switzerland and were stopped by the Swiss authorities and fined around 600 Euros for not having a Schengen visa. You can definitely apply for a Schengen visa to any EU member (excluding Germany and Italy) and you can get it within 3-4 weeks, then you can go throughout all EU countries if you want.
