Can you travel in and out of Canada (land or air) after receiving the COPR and not trigger the “landing” for PR? Assuming you are in Canada on a work permit. Thank you.

If you receive your COPR while in Canada, your considered to be a “landed” PR already.
Your question is a bit confusing.

If you receive your COPR outside Canada, you need to have a PRTD or PR card in order to return to Canada.https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-card.html

Thank you. Is it not the case that you still need to schedule an apointment or cross the land border aftet getting the COPR, even of you are already in Canada? How else do you prove the funds and all other things required?

IRCC discontinued the border landing for inland applicants. If you’re asking like goods to follow etc. I’m not sure. Wait for others to comment.
