Can you please assist me in the following: In travel history its required to fill mine and my spouse which is accompanying me. Hence I have to put all the stamps for me and my wife. Then in the Accompanying spouse section they ask about her travel history and her family members. Am I considered again her family member and I have to fill again my travel history in her section?

No, that is only for her parents and siblings
