Here is my experience after getting 3 ADR's for my complete process out of which 2 ADR were solely for Travel History. Upon interpreting, the wording of "any trips outside of country of residency or country of citizenship". I entered all trips excluding those two countries. Since my country of citizenship is different from my country of residency. And I kept on receiving ADR. So finally, I included my presence in the past 10 years. Meaning if I was in India I mentioned purpose as Citizen. If I was in country of residency I mentioned work. And other countries where I went as a visitor I mentioned travel. Thus the visa office can identify the country I was in for every single day for the pas 10 years.
