Travel history

Hi there folks. I have a few questions about the travel history records.

1) I went for a trip to munich from my home country in 2013 for which I dont have a stamp in the passport. I dont know how that happened but I dont have it. Should I list the trip under travel history?

2) I listed my flagpooling trip to activate my new work permit last year because I have a stamp for the new wp from the CBA in my passport. Is that ok?
