travel between home country and country of residence is NOT required to be declared---One of my friend submitted his application with the same assumption and CIC asked him to submit IMM5562. There are may similar cases I have seen in this forum So, I would strongly recommend to mention travel history to be on safer side. Final decision upto the applicants. :)
that was probably becoz they didnt mention when they first moved to country of residence in the first place... or if they had any other trips to that country before they moved residences...

anyway like i mentioned its upto individual applicants... my travel history wouldnt have fit in the space provided anyway if i used up each and every travel i had...

The person which I quote here doesn't have any other countries trip other than country of Residence and country of origin. Also, there is no harm or questions being asked if we provide that info. In fact, it may save our time to avoid any further queries from CIC. Everyone wants their PR process to be done as quickly as possible and these little things will definitely matters a lot to over all processing time. Again, like you said, the decision is on applicants. I would always take proactive approach rather than reactive. :)
