Gn,

I'm really hoping someone is can help me shed some light on what to do. I just got ITA for PR through CEC but my common law partner did not disclose all his travel history when he was applying for his study and work permit should we now disclose this....If yes can anyone give advice on how to disclose this without be seeing as misrepresenting

What’s done is done. Do the correct thing now. Disclose what is factual based on what’s actually happened in this universe and in this timeline. Not disclosing it again knowingly and deceivingly IS misrepresentation.

Write a Letter of Explanation to mention that your husband mistakenly failed to disclose the travels in past applications and that you are fully disclosing them now.

That said, I don't remember them asking for my travel history in study and work permit applications. As far as I remember, they only ask in PR applications.
