I am sponsoring my Parents and they just received a request letter that mentions this:

This letter is in reference to your application for permanent residence. The following documents are required to continue processing your application:

> Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. You must declare your travel history from the age of 18 or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Please use a separate sheet of paper for additional information. Sign, date and label each additional sheet with the appropriate question number and headings. This must be received at this office by:
I have a few questions:
1. I submitted this information online earlier, it was a web form. How come they are now asking for a separate form?
2. My parents are 70+ years old. Should I add only past 10 years of their travel history? Or since they were 18?
3. Can I create a word form, and add all this information in it? Or Use IMM5856E ? OR IMM5562?
4. I want to message IRCC about my parents medical date, but I do not have a way to communicate. I did submit a web form but I am not sure if they received it or not. Is it a good idea to attach a Letter of explanation with these forms and upload? I only see the option to upload one document in the portal, so I can combine all (LOE + travel history) in one pdf and upload? What do you think?

Please help me
