Travel History in last 10 yrs.

I may have messed up the travel history part in the PR application.

It asks for last 10 yrs of travel history, In last 10 yrs I came from India to Canada in 2012 and went to India in 2015 for 20 days.

The trips have start and end date, so from India to Canada trip( 2012) , I put it as ongoing as I am still in Canada and in reason i put Education and career.

Do i need to change that?

I would change it for sure.

Also, if Canada is your country of residence and India is your country of origin you do not have to declare those trips.
