Travel History Form

Hi all,

I have been asked to fill out the supplementary information travel form. I have already entered all of this information into my application online.

However my questions is I traveled through the north and south island of New Zealand and through the west and east coast of the USA over a period of 3 months back in 2011. I honestly cannot remember the name of every city and the dates I was there. Some places would probably have just been for a day.

Has anyone had this problem and what do you suggest I put down. I'm not sure how I would go if I just put New Zealand, Various...

You only have to have one entry in the table per country entrance. So if you went to NZ and travelled all over from north to south, you just put one trip to NZ in.. same for the States. You’d only need more than one table entry if you left the country and came back in. For the descriptions you can put West & East Coast, or North & South Islands. I don’t think the descriptions are that important. As long as the dates are correct and no trips are missing.
