Travel history dilemma

Hello everyone

I've been thinking about this travel history section since I created my EE profile. But now that I got my ITA this matter is really irritating me. I find it really difficult being a 100% accurate about the travels and their exact dates for the last ten years , how did you guys get around this ? Also, my husband lost his passport a couple of years ago and it has at least 5 years worth of travels , how on earth am I gonna write his travel history containing at least 20 trips according to him . The only thing I can think of is just trying to remember the travels with rough dates and then maybe writing LOE's for. Oath of us explaining the situation ?
Any thoughts on this matter would be really helpful guys ! Thanks very much in advance

Same situation here. I have had at least 15-20 trips for the past 10 years. In my country they take the old passport(s) and I have no idea of knowing which dates exactly I travelled on.

The situation was so bad that I had to contact my ex to see if she can remember. I even went through my facebook. I did an excel sheet and started from the most recent trip backwards. There are some dates that I just don't remember. It is not like i keep a log of all of my travels in the off chance that 10 years later I might immigrate. lol

Do the dates themselves have to be acurate or are they lenient if you get it wrong?

I intend to write a letter of explanation!!!. I have also been to over 20 countries in the last 10 years, it's especially tricky for europe since each time I visit the chengen region I always visit 3-4 countries and they only stamp the date you enter and exit. I don't keep track of the dates I cross into each country!!! The UK stamps the date of entry but not exit, I had to apply for a police certificate from UK even though I wasn't sure I had spent 6 months there cos It's the country I visited the most!! If any senior has an advice I would appreciate it
