TRAVEL FORM??? should i email OR post now

Sent my documents on the 6th of August. Did not send this travel form with my documents...as this form didnt exist when i sent my application for approval in April 10. should i send (email OR post) this form now...??? have my 2nd AOR and 2nd file number already ..got that on the 4th of Sept...

please help..

Courier this with your file number as well as a short letter explaining why did nt you send them earlier. please note this form is attached with VO checlist at the bottom.

Since the Visa Office has not yet asked for it till date you can send by post/speed post., or if you wish you can upload through ECAS Case Specific Enquiry -( should be in the proper format ). There is nothing to worry, your covering letter should indicate that you missed to send it earlier and mention a sincere apology.
