Travel documents for Work permit holder

Hi,
i had valid visa and work-permit valid till next year. i was in canada before i came for vacation to india in february 2020. i was not able to return back due to COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Now i want to return back and not sure if i need additional document apart from valid visa and work permit to enter canada. Please help if any one with similar situation was able to travel and if additional document was required?

What kind of work permit do you hold? You should be able to return with the TRV and work permit.

It's a closed work permit so you should be allowed to travel without any sort of authorization letter from IRCC. I would get a letter from your employer confirming you are still working for them and are needed back in Canada.

I am WP (closed) holder and a returning employee. IRCC confirmed I can travel and said I don't require any AL .
I lost job due to covid and so can't get any any letter from employer, Can i travel?

You are a permanent resident right. You can travel back.
