I have 2 travel records which are on my expired passport.

Do I have to mention and provide my expired passport? If yes, do I have to give info in document section? In which slot I can submit my expired passport?

You need to mention travel records if those records are recent and not older then 10 years.

Only the current passport needs to be scanned and uploaded. If there is a need to see old stamps you will get additional Doc request, but upfront only current passport are required to be uploaded.

The record on my old passport started from 2006. Since now is only beginning of 2017, so I assume that I have to include the 2006 record, right?

yes you can upload with LOE. Travel history is last 10 years or since you turned 18 whatever is less. If you are going with 10 years it's from the date you received ITA. for example your ITA is Dec 2016 then you go back to Dec 2006.
