Travel document inquiry

Hi friends,
I have recently became PR and i dont have my pr card yet. I did my landing a month ago. Due to some reasons I had to leave canada. I was thinking to apply for travel documents, but in the form cic is asking for 730 days of residency record since i became PR. I have been PR for a month so does it mean that i dont fulfill their requirement or am I not eligible for travel document? how do i proceed from here.

No worry you can apply PRTD without any issue, as long as you have COPR and all requirements. You can apply only from Canadian embassy in your home country or your travel destination and the processing times around 7-10 working days.
