Dear members,
I landed 27 aug 2010 with family, and left 19 sep 2010 myself only as had the job to continue in brunei. my wife got PR card, but PR card for my son and myself is not issued, when i called the call center number they told i have picture problem and have to submit the pictures again once they sent me letter.
Please advise do i need to inlcude any document along with Permanent residence travel document application or just application with landing record copy is enough?
Actually to file this application i have to send it to singapore as in Brunei they don't have visa office, so don't want to take chance for interview call.
