For the travel information, do we want to submit the proof?

Later on they will ask for all old passports for verification.

They may ask or they may not. They are not obliged to conduct this security and background check. They will most likely do it if they have some concerns regarding your travels or if you are lucky to be chosen for a random quality check which happens to certain applicants randomly.

I have an old passport, which is now canceled.
most of my previous travel, VISAs are in that passport.

however, I now have a new Passport with new nos.. My current residence permit is also in the new Passport.

So, should I attach my old passport details? or no need?

Old passports we need to submit only if they request. But we must include all our old travel details in the application.

Does old travel means even tourist kind of travels abroad? or if you have stayed in a country for somehwere around 6months.

Just like a sample entry given above that question on the form, one must enlist even a single day travel. As long as that travel was to countries "other than" your country of origin (or the country of current residence).
