Im filling this supplementary form for travel. Do i need to write each and every time i came out from one country, lets say US? What i meant is, i was studying in the US for 4 years and now i m in UK. Do i need to write all the history about how many time, during that 4 years, i entered the US or i can just write 4 yrs for studies and thats fine

You need to write each entry and exit as shown on your passport.
