Travel detail form IMM 5562

I have question regarding the Travel detail form IMM 5562 . I am from pakistan and working in Saudia arabia so do i have to list the trips between Saudia and Pakistan.

Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562)

List all trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

Yes I think you have to list out all the trips in/out in pakistan and saudi.

I list the trips and number of days based on the date in/out stamped in the passport.

Mandatory to list all trips according to the stamps on the passports.

Can we write in purpose of travel- On Project Assignment from XYZ Company? or we have to be specific to words like business/Work Permit.

Please help...
