travel after application!

Hello,

I have my PNP nomination and now I have to do the federal part of the permanent residence process. Does anybody now if I am able to travel outside of Canada while my application is in process in Buffalo or do I have to stay in Canada until I get my permanent resident status? If I can travel, do I have to change some parts of my application form such as the part where you explain your personal history since I was 18 years old?

you may travel anywhere but need to stay in touch / reply for any questions during the process and also you need to be on Valid H1 Visa and residing in US until entire process is completed
