All my documents that are not in English are attach as:

a. original document scan
b. verified translation to English
c. colored copy of the original document with translator stamp as well as "copy conforms to original" stamp

These copies are colored not black and white. Problem?

It is actually required that the copies are in color.

Attach colored copies of your documents. Don’t upload only b/w true certified copies only, add another attachment for colored version. Hope this helps

I know about the colored copy of the original. But the certified true copies don’t necessarily need to be color? Black and white works?

You have two sets of documents, the original and the translated documents. BOTH have to be in color. C'est tout.

For police certificate, only the translation and colored scan of original? No certified copy needed?

No certified copy, I don't even know what you have that for. You are showing the VO your original and its translation. The translation has to be done by a certified translator and if they're not certified, you should have an affidavit.

If your translation bears the seal of the certified translator then you're good but don't forget to submit the original otherwise you'd get refused, that's very important. Only color scans.
