I am currently in the process in gathering all the information and proof to sponsor my common law partner, and my question is what document do I have to legally translate.? Do I also need to translate my proof of the relationship documents, such as : bills, facebook conversations, bank accounts etc?

I need urgent help

You must have all your documents translated officially.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5289ETOC.asp#documents

I don't think the bills and bank accounts matter though, if the names are apparent. It used to be that all ORIGINAL documents needed certified translation, so you could translate your own social media, but now they say pretty clearly to get it all officially/certified translated.
