When presenting documents not in English or French, if the translation comes from a certified ATIO translator, do they still have to be notarized?? Thanks.

Photocopy of the document need to be Certified not the translation basically.

Im even more confused now, why do I need photocopies at all? Don't we have to upload scans of the original documents?
