Hello guys,

So I am applying to sponsor my husband to canada, and I have one question.

The some of our papers needed translation from turkish to English. The translated papers have a photocopy of the original paper on the back side. I asked them why and they said the notar will not notarize the papers unless it's done this way.
Is that acceptable? If not .. will they accept an explanation letter?

Thank you

It shouldn't be a problem.

But I would also include a copy of the original (single sided sheets) as i think double sided docs are not really recommended due to the fact that they scan in an application to process it and if that is the case the reverse side would likely not be captured.

explanation letter is fine. photocopy of original at the back is fine. as long as it's notarized, nobody will complain.
