Translation Copy from Hindi To English

I have translated my doc from Hindi to English on May 24,2 013

I have translated them on 10 rs stamp. would it be fine or do I need to translate on 20Rs stamp

As, I have translated docs on May 24,2013, and that time I was not aware that I have to include the affidavit of a person who translated the docs, Now I made affidavit on today date mentioning that , He translated docs on May 24, 2013.

Would it be fine that translation doc are on date May 24, 2013 and Affidavit is of today date i.e 2014 Or Do I need to translate again on today date.

it would be wise to get them fresh translated to be on a safer side.

Also, I have translated them in Ghaziabad and he noterised and mark stamp "Valid Out Side Of India" and this stamp is in blue color.
But I heard that, we have to use red color stamp and that is available only in Delhi High Court.
