Hi,
I am a pre june 26 , applicant and to send full docs to CHC soon. I have two questions
1) Do I have to send the translated docs as they are, or can I take a photocopy of the translation and then notarize it and send - what did all you do ?
2) The EG7 guide line says,
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
•‘‘I certify that this is a true copy of the original document’’
•the name of the original document
•the date of the certification
•his or her name
•his or her official position or title
•his or her signature
Did you all get the notary to get all this written (name of original certificate etc..) or did he just stamp the 'True Copy seal' ?
pls reply
thanks
