Hello,

I wil be enrolling my son in JK when we arrive in Canada and they asked for his immunization records. He has been immunized as per the Italian regulations, does someone know if I will need to have his Immunization records translated and certified by a judge or if i can bring the immunization records as is seeing that the names of teh immunzations are fairly the same.

Thank You!!!!

Depends on the place you'll be living. In Ontario there's no need to translate your kid's immunization records, just bring them to your local Health department's office for verification, you can contact them on email to see if they'd accept them as electronic format.

Yes, I would just try to use the ones you have. The school will probably not insist on a certified translator anyway, so you could also just translate them yourself, print them so they look somewhat official, and don't mention who did them. Bring the official Italian document and the translation. If they insist on more, then you could get them. But I don't think they will ask.
