It all depends on a lot of factors, like original language, the length of the document, who will be translating/notarizing the document...Also are you getting it through your country's embassy in Canada or outside of Canada? I'm asking this as some embassy's give an option of a police clearance in english (you might need to pay extra), but in the long run it is cheaper than translation/notarizing.
