Transitional flight from montreal to ottawa

Can somebody please tell me if I have a transitional flight to ottawa through montreL would it create any problems in my pr card issuance.

I would have to do landing aT montreal? There are so many threads saying a fsw pr holder should not land in montreal. Is it true?

As long as you can show you have an onward flight to Ottawa and you are just transiting Montreal should have no problem in completing immigration and customs formalities at Montreal which would be your initial POE into Canada. You would collect your luggage at Montreal for customs inspection and then drop off at a connections desk for the domestic flight to Ottawa.
