How many ghost updates are seen generally before the ppr email? And how much time does it take after the 2nd ghost update to get one?

Recieved my first ghost update 4 days back. But nothing since then. Submitted webform its showing still under process

I sent a email to Ralph. The reply I got was criminality passed. But eligibility and sSecurity check not initiated. This was just a week ago. So assume there is going to be wait above the 6 months mentioned earlier.
