Transit visa required?

Hi,
I am planning to visit Canada - Toronto from Dubai on British airways on 25th August & will have a layover for about 3 hrs in Heathrow. The inbound and outbound flights at LHR are from the same terminal T5 and both are with same airline -BA108 & BA99 as well as the return flights too. Do we need a transit visa for this connection?
