Transit Visa Query

Does an Indian citizen require transit visa to fly to canada via the countries/city below?

Germany
United Kingdon
United States

Montreal (The reason I ask is Quebec is slightly different in everything they do). I am on open work permit and was wondering if there is an issue if Montreal is the first city to land in Canada before being connected to the final destination.

If you have a canadian work permit and visa, you can go any where in Canada.

For transit, only US restricts having a Valid visit visa at least for even to land and take a connecting flight.

For other countries such as UK, germany etc. generally no visa is required for taking a connecting flight.

However, this comes with some additional constraints e.g. if you have to board a flight on a different terminal in UK, i recently learned that it requires a transit visa for 48 hours, otherwise No.
