The CORP is only a valid travel document the first time you use it. After that it is no longer a valid travel document. You need a valid travel document to transit through Canada. If you were not a PR then you would apply for a visitor visa. There are some non visa exempt countries where transit without a visa is possible. India is not one of these countries: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/twov/travellers.asp
