Could a notarized printout of my balance in a transferwise borderless account be used for proof of funds?
All banks in my country imposed capital control, so I can't use my local bank as a proof of fund since I can't take that money out. I had to create a new bordeless account on transferwise and had relatives fund that account through gifts.
Also any other ideas to solve my dilemma are welcomed and desired.
