Transferring nomination to a new profile

I am not able to recover my password. In case I make a new profile and add my Nomination certificate number will I get the 600 points in my new profile? or do I email Ontario with all the Information? As they would take around 2 weeks to reply.

Did you finally get the certificate.I am also in a similar situation

I believe SINP gives the option of resending the nomination in cases where the Express Entry profile has expired before receiving ITA, which I've seen happen to a few people here. If this is the case, it's possible other provinces do too.

Possibly your nomination certificate number (which corresponds to your OINP file number) and old and new EE profile numbers and job seeker validation codes, the latter of which they need to send an electronic nomination.

In our case we have the old profile expired and withdrawn. We created a new profile and informed CIC of same. They transferred our points in 2 days (thankful to them). Now we have received the Nomination Certificate hard copy today for the old EE Profile. Question is that when we apply after ITA, will this Nomination Certificate hold OK (they will internally link the two Profiles logically) or will they send us a new one for new profile...? This maybe a very stupid query, still appreciate if any once can answer or clarify it..

Did you get this resolved? I am in the same predicament. My NOI is linked to a profile that got ineligible due to CIC technical errors. I have written to Ontario asking that they transfer NOI as well as sent all details of the errors etc. I am still waiting to hear from them.

I wanted to know how the other similar cases were concluded.

Could you solve your problem? I have the same problem, however my application was canceled as incomplete. I asked Ontario to transfer my nomination and they said they will do it just for the case of technical errors!!!
Would you please update me..

I have a nomination from Ontario and applied for Express Entry, but unfortunately my application was canceled after 3 weeks from AOR as incomplete. I forgot to upload a form...
Now I submitted a new application in MyCiC and I need 600 points from Ontario. In a letter, CIC asked me to contact Ontario and asked them to confirm my nomination to my new Express Entry Profile, and this is their response :

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) may be able to transfer your nomination to your new Express Entry profile if you are required to create a new profile due to technical difficulties.

If this is the case and you have created a new Express Entry profile, you must send the following information to the OINP:

· A copy of the letter you received from IRCC acknowledging the return of your APR package and the reason for the return;

· A copy of the letter you received from IRCC acknowledging the new profile; and

· A letter explaining why you updated your profile and a list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile.


Please be advised that the OINP may require you to provide additional or updated documents to support your application. OINP staff will contact you directly should documentation be required.

All statements and authorizations that you agreed to in your original application continue to apply to any new information you provide to support your application. If you provide false or incomplete information, your application will be denied.

We hope this information will assist you. Once again, thank you for your email and for your interest in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.
