Transfering money to a canadian bank

Hello!
So, I have plans to study in a canadian college, working and then applying for CEC. But I'm yet at the very beginning of this process, which is saving money to pay for the college tuitions and stuff.
First I was thinking about saving all that I could and then transfering all at once to a canadian bank, but I thought a bit and I think maybe it's better to transfer money monthly.
So, is it possible for me to open a bank account in canada from overseas and transfer money every month?

It is impossible.

There are some exceptions like for FSW when they already got their visas but not for students.

Besides there is no guarantee that you get SP.

And what about opening an account personally in Canada? Could I send money monthly from overseas?

At the bank they will ask you to provide them with some proof of your immigration status. SP, WP, PR etc. but not visitors.
