Transfer Visit visa to new pasport

Hi,

My fiance applied for Visit visa before getting married and it is valid for 5 years. Now we are married and she has changed her passport. is that possible that she can transfer her visit visa to a new passport or she has to apply for new visit visa?

She must travel with both passports + the marriage certificate
