if i change my college after landing, how it would affect my visa? i mean, if i land for one year course but, change to a 2 years course then will i need to reapply for visa after the first year? given that i dnt leave Canada and be enrolled as a full time student.

Yeah, I also have the same situation. I got only one acceptance letter, but I prefer to go NAIT.

NAIT is still in process for my application. If I got an offer from NAIT, I will change the college.

Wouldn't it be better for example to show the second letter of acceptance (which is 2 year) at the Port of Entry, provided that you have this letter. In this way you will get the Study Permit for the second program, and wouldn't have to extend it. I don't know if it is allowed, it's just an idea.

I changed my course from a 1year course to a 2 year course a week after I landed. We can apply for extension of the student visa 3 months prior to the expiry of the visa. Your college can mostly guide you better on information regarding the extension.
