Transfer of Fees and College after reaching Canada

Can you please let me know what are the required documents while re applying for May 2017 and when can i submit it?and how long will it take for them to respond under general category?

I did my b.tech in ece with 75% marks and have 2 years experience.I got 6.5 band in ielts.I have to go to Canada on 23rd December,i took PG diploma Project Management at University of Winnipeg,but now i think i should change my course as it is not good for job,i want to take some technical field may be computer science.If i could get any computer diploma or networking diploma or if i could get masters in electrical in any college or University in Winnipeg as i have lot of interest in this.If i could change my course and college as my course is going to start on 18 Jan 2017.Or if i should wait for next session that is may.Please reply soon.

Remember if you wish to withdraw from your current college, you have to notify the college within 10 days of the start of a semester (generally it is applicable to all colleges, but check the policies again for your college). In addition, you can't just withdraw. You need to show that you have been accepted to another college and they will transfer the fee or pay you the refund by deducting some administration fee. There are couple of options that you have. Also note that you have to notify CIC as well that you are changing you DLI (Designated Learning Institute).

Option 1) Find the college/course you are interested in, and see if they are open for Jan 2017. Likelihood of finding any course for Jan is very less.

Option 2) Defer the semester from current college to May 2017. At the same time, find a college for May, and get the offer letter. Once you have the acceptance from the college/uni you wish to enrol in, just notify the college that you want to transfer the college and they will transfer or refund the fee you paid.

Remember take these steps once you land here. I would personally recommend you to go for masters. This will be beneficial for you in long in getting the PR and fetching the maximum points or Qualifying for Ontario PNP Masters stream.
