Transfer money from US banks to Canada

i am in India currently (don't have a visa to US anymore) and am moving to Toronto, Canada soon. I have few bank accounts with money in US ( Wells Fargo and Bank of America) . What is the best way (cheaper) to transfer these amounts to a Canadian bank ( I am yet to open an account) say RBC?
