Transfer files between offices

This is my time base, I had Ph.D in Electrical Eng. From Canada, in May 2010.
Apply Dec. 2007
File start process (22 Jan. 2008 )
Medical done (26 June 2008 )
Document required and sent (July 2008)
My Canadian Finger print request and done (Augest 2008)
In March 2009 (I sent e-mail they said Background check)
In Augest 2009 (I go to immigration lawyer to represent me in the remainder of the process), they give him the same reply.


I will go back to my country (Egypt), is it better to take my immigration file with me it is already exceeded two years in BC. For me now, the speed of the file is not important. If I leave it in Canada, is it legible. I do not want to leave it here (they may require security meeting or repeat medical, which will be costly if I travel to do them and go back again from Egypt). My file with a crazy Advocate. What is the process of stop him to be my reprehensive and what is the process to transfer the file to Egypt.

Well easiest way is to email your local CHC that you are not with legal representatibe anymore and they'll ask you to fill in couple of forms and send it to them. If you are moving to Egypt and time doesn't matter than also email CIC and let them know of your new plans and change of address. They'll transfer your file themselves to your local CHC in Egypt.

What is CHC.
If I leave the file in Canada and give them the address of one friend, is this better. Or take the file with me to Egypt.
